The allegations include sexual harassment and a concerted effort to damage her reputation. According to legal documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the situation on set was so dire that a full-team meeting was held to address claims of a hostile work environment.

Key issues highlighted in Lively’s complaint include allegations that Baldoni showed explicit images to her, discussed his past pornography addiction openly, and made inappropriate comments about sexual experiences and cast members’ appearances.
