Since 2000, Yılmaz has been a prominent figure in the media sector, having worked at Fanatik Digital and Horizon International until 2012. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles including sales, finance, general coordination, and eventually rose to the position of General Manager. With over 20 years of extensive experience in production, distribution, revenue planning, product placement formats, and sales within the entertainment industry, Yılmaz has significantly enhanced Wediacorp’s strategic direction. As an Entertainment Partner, he continues to drive global collaborations and innovations, leveraging his vast expertise to bring new dimensions to the company’s ventures.

Erman Gülgeç graduated from the Department of Economics at Karabük University in 2018. After obtaining all the certifications provided by YouTube in the same year, he started working as a YouTube Channel Manager at WediaCorp.

In 2020, he was promoted to the position of Digital Content Coordinator. In this role, he specialized in alternative revenue sources on YouTube and led the Operational Team, which consisted of all Channel Managers at WediaCorp.

In 2022, he was promoted to Head of Digital. In this capacity, he managed the Operational Team, Creative Team, Social Media Team, Production Team, and International Team. He specialized in YouTube Asset Monetization, YouTube Content Ownership, YouTube Music, and YouTube Music Rights Management. He continues to actively work in this position.

He is a member of the WediaCorp Board and, in 2023, he took on the additional responsibility of managing film acquisition, sales, and cinema broadcasting processes with WediaCorp’s group company, Wedia Entertainment, while still holding the Head of Digital position.

Nağme Taşer serves as the International Sales & Acquisitions Manager at Wediacorp, where she’s known for her dynamic approach to expanding the company’s global footprint since January 2024. Graduating from TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2020 with a degree in Economics, she’s currently enhancing her expertise with a Master’s in Asian Studies at Middle East Technical University.

Fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish, Nağme effortlessly connects different cultures, bringing a refreshing energy and innovative ideas to the table. Her background in finance and social media, along with a passion for technology and marketing, makes her a pivotal figure in Wediacorp’s growth in the entertainment industry.

Always approachable and keen to share a good laugh, Nağme is a beloved leader at Wediacorp, driving change with a smile.

In 2011, Gözde Sayılgan graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History, and Geography, with a degree in French Language and Literature. Immediately after graduation, she worked in the customer relations department of a Canadian advertising agency, handling French correspondence.

In 2015, after completing a Digital Marketing and Social Media Management certificate program at Bahçeşehir University, she began participating in digital marketing projects for major brands.

Gözde Sayılgan has managed social media for companies such as Taff Pictures, BKM, DMC Music, and many artists. She developed her expertise in Entertainment Communication and digital advertising management.

Currently studying in the Department of Brand and Communication at Anadolu University, Gözde had the opportunity to promote Turkey’s first online music festival and numerous other music festivals while serving as Digital Marketing Manager at Milyon Yapım.

Since November 2022, Gözde Sayılgan has been working as the Social Media Manager at Wediacorp.

Sarmad Iqbal has a 7-year career in journalism, starting in the sector at the age of 18. His articles, blogs, and news writings have been published in various international media outlets and languages, including Newsweek (USA), Al Jazeera Arabic (Middle East), The Quint (India), and Kathimerini (Greece).

He is multilingual and fluent in seven languages: English, French, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Korean, and Turkish.

Sarmad graduated Magna Cum Laude from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) in the USA in 2021, majoring in Economics and minoring in Political Science. After graduation, he worked as an HR Specialist – Policy and Review at MCB Islamic, one of the leading Islamic banks in South Asia.

In addition to his professional career, he has worked as a private English and French language instructor for students from Turkey, the Middle East, and South Asia.

Sarmad is currently pursuing an MBA (Thesis) at Kadir Has University.

Presently, he works as an International Channel Manager at WediaCorp.
